Colchester — A Colchester man missing since Monday has been found safe.

Kyle Wright on Friday evening called his mother to alert her that he is in Kentucky, according to state police.

Wright, a 2020 graduate of Bacon Academy and a student at Marist College, was last seen in Colchester on Monday. Colchester Police said Wright's stated destination was the Colchester Food Bank, but he never arrived there.

A Colchester Police Department Facebook post asking for the public's help in locating him had garnered about 1,800 shares by the time he was located.
