Nicole Hunter, 28, of 117 Meetinghouse Lane, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with failure to have lights lit, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with police.

Amy Capozzi, 36, of Waterbury was charged Thursday in East Lyme with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.
