Melissa M. Quercia, 32, of 73 Sandy Lane was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and driving with a suspended license.

Carlos Montes, 37, of 33 South A St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of third-degree assault.
