Volunteers distribute turkeys as part of MLK Day of Service
Volunteers participated in Martin Luther King Day of Service Monday by taking part in a turkey distribution hosted by Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center at Jennings Elementary School in New London. A second distribution was held at the Griswold Senior Center with around 600 turkeys, donated by Electric Boat employees, handed out at each location.
